About Aron

Meet Aron Croft

I know how hard follow‑through is with an ADHD brain.

Today, I help women 60+ with ADHD-style brains follow through on the projects that matter to them, with live sessions, clear structure, and a community of women who get it.

My story

I got into Harvard, dropped out twice, and graduated by the skin of my teeth. I failed at my first seven jobs and businesses. By 33, I was broke, divorced, and earning minimum wage.

Everything changed after my adult diagnosis of inattentive ADHD and a master's in coaching psychology. I stopped forcing productivity methods built for neurotypical brains.

Then I started Hidden ADHD. Over 100,000 people now follow it online, and over 19,000 people have joined my 5-day challenges.

What I believe

Follow-through is a skill, not a character trait.

No matter what people in your life would have you believe.

Your clutter, your paperwork, your unfinished projects are all the same problem in disguise.

You don't need more knowledge.

You need the right support around you.

You don't have to do it alone for it to count.
